I recently bought this motherboard, everything was fine, but at one point I noticed that the RGB on the motherboard itself stopped working.
I have tried reinstalling Armoury Crate, turned Aura on and off in bios, flashbacked bios, cleared cmos, unplugged the computer from the power supply and pressed the power button to get all the electricity out, reinstalled windows, tried other rgb applications, but nothing works. The motherboard itself is detected in armoury crate, but changing the rgb changes only the rgb of the RAM and gpu. What to do in this situation? It's a bit frustrating to get a dead rgb after two days of using the motherboard for 500 bucks.

Let do1 test and i will asume you have the last bios. If this test FAIL. contact asus support or RMA
1. Clear CMOS. just for the test and safe if you are on bios.
2. TURN OFF the pc and turn off the power supply. Remove the the power cable from the power supply and turn on the power supply. try to turn on the pc many times.
3. WAIT no less than 20 Minutes.
4. Once the 20 minutes are over, turn off the psu, recoment the the psu cable and turn on the power supply. IF there is no light on the board area on the picture above, and then does not turn on when the pc turn on. CONTACT asus support services.
