ROG STRIX Z690-I Gaming WiFi - Front panel SATA card

Hey Everyone.  Appreciate any help you can provide.

I have misplaced the ROG STRIX Front panel SATA card that came with my Z690-I mITX board.  In the manual it states these are USB Type-C connectors that go to the Front Panel SATA card.  Are they really USB Type-C?  Can I plug in a female type-c cable to male type-C cable into it and use it as such without damaging my board?

The manual says not to connect anything other than the Front Panel SATA card to the SATA_M_CON and PANEL_M_CON ports.

Somehow I missed that.  Thank you!  Wish I could buy one of these but they appear to be unobtanium.
