Hi all,

I got 2x (2x32GB) Kingston 6000MHz  RAM modules on my X670E - F gaming ROG Strix board with Ryzen 9 9950x CPU, and my bios wont post after any EXPO profile selected.

It only boots on 3600MHz with 4 modules inserted. Important to say memory is on board QVL list and it wont even run on its JDEC speed of 4800MHz. With manual select of speed it also wont boot, or display post screen....

This is the memory KINGSTON KF560C36BBEAK2-64

Any help?

HI @Harvey25
That appears to be a 64GB kit.

Please read here: Memory Kits - Overclocking and what you may not know

Combining / mixing kits is neither supported or recommended by the memory vendor, as kits are binned in the density in which they are sold. As soon as you combine kits, the timings, frequency and voltage that the memory vendor has tested the kit for are no longer valid.

Ok I understand that, even before that's why I post here my issue and asking for a help, maybe someone know what should I do.

Regarding that I'm in a need of a 128GB memory, so You are saying that I can't do that. On my old MBO Z370 Aorus and i7 9700k, I have easaly managed to have 128GB with XMP, now almost 6-7 years later I cant do that....so I'm stuck with DDR5 working as DDR4.... Can't even believe this....
Reason for switching to a AMD is because the fear of Intel 14900k overheating. Now I'm not sure that I made a right choice....
Is there anything that I can do, I'm not in a need of a corporative answers, combining kits is not recommended etc...please help.

The board can facilitate 128gb no problem. The problem you have is you’re combining two kits, and then expecting them to achieve the same parameters the memory vendor sold them to achieve. As the article explains, combining kits requires a deeper understanding of memory tuning.

Inspect the Memory QVL for your motherboard for single kits in the density you wish to use.
