offset voltage are broken? same settings in bios.
I also noticed that the larger the offset, the larger the jump.
Actual VRM Core Voltage: Offset mode
Offset Mode sign: -
CPU Core Offset: -0.130
BIOS 2603
BIOS 2611
2611 offset -0.200
In windows without high loads i can get core VIDs spikes to 1.4+V (offset 0.130)

Hey Physbyte,
Access the "Tweaker's Paradise" section in your BIOS settings. Look for the option to switch to a previous microcode version. Choose "Microcode 104" from the available options.
Actual VRM Core Voltage should be set to "Auto."
For Global Core SVID Voltage:

Cool. 104 Microcode from Intel best for undervolting here.
Can't see SuperIO reading for vcore, only the VID. No reason why it wouldn't be "safe", though

For some b660 boards
When changing Global Core Svid voltage to manual, there is no offset, just an override.
What that override means and how can you undervolt from that?
Thanks

Any ideas?
