ROG MAXIMUS Z790 APEX ENCORE BIOS 1202

I thought I would share an observation with my Apex Encore with the latest Bios release - 1202, which is intended to address the intel power limits ongoing issues.

I noticed that when using the "intel defaults" or MCE Disabled - Enforce all Limits, the CPU Power Limits are of course lowered, as intended im sure.

However if you wish to revert back, IE switching to MCE controlled by Bios or Auto, Enabled - No limits,  the power limits do not change.

Loading Optimized Defaults does not resolve this issue.

Using Clear CMOS button on the back of the motherboard also does not resolve this issue.

At this time the only way that I can see to revert back to higher power limits is to type them in manually or re-flash the bios and not select MCE Disabled - Enforce All Limits.
