Have latest BIOS, ME firmware, ME tools, and drivers updated manually (not by Arrmoury crate). and get random but 1-2 times per day where windows freezes. Half the time the motherboard hard reset button will not reboot the motherboard other times takes 30-60 seconds before reboot. And not talking about the BIOS reset but the motherboard hard reset button on the case. Only way to reboot is power off and on. Is there any reason why the hard reset button should not work every time? I have always known the hard reset button is lowest level and reboots the PC.
