If I would like more storage and I use the Hyper card in the PCIEX16(G4)slot. That wont take any band with from my (G5)_1 slot correct? I have my 5080 in that slot and don't want to take anything away from it. It would still be at 16X correct but i would now have expansion for another 2 m.2 drives?

Correct!
Installing the Hyper M.2 card in the bottom PCIe 4.0 x4 slot (PCIEX16(G4)). This avoids impacting your GPU bandwidth but limits the speed and number of drives you can use on the Hyper card.
Do not forget to change the BIOS setting (Advance\Onboard Devices\Configuration).

You will not be able to add any extra storage just because you installed a Hyper M.2 Card. There are couple of posts here including posts from me to add additional storage on Z790 Dark Hero Motherboard which is slightly newer version of your board. Total number of M.2 Drives a board can handle is listed in the board manual and sometimes in the technical specification webpage of your motherboard.
