I got a brand new ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming WIFI motherboard, I paired it with a i9 13900 KS and two 32GB 6000 updated the bios to the latest "as of this typing" it boots great with windows 11 pro, I installed two NVMe using slot 2 and 3 I'm using the TUF 4090 on slot 1 with 16x I connected the two cpu ESPs to the PSU "Some are using only one cpu ESP?" IDK if this is why I'm getting a RGB flicker on the RGB led I/O display, it works fine while it's running but the flicker starts when I boot off or it goes into sleep mode and the shutdown effect goes on, I currently I use starry night and it won't light up, it just flickers, I/O works fine with any the other effect. What could be causing this? Should I disconnect one ESP from the PSU? Please advise!
