Read DDR5 XMP Timings

Is there any way to read/see the entire list of timings of XMP profiles from sticks of ram so that i could enter them manually. The limited/partial info i can see via AIDA64 , does not appear to correspond to the timings that the motherboard has loaded when loading the XMP profile on my APEX Encore. Strange how the XMP timings read by the motherboard is not the same as those reported on AIDA64.

Have Added screenshots from the bios SPD info and a Screenshot from AIDA64 to illustrate the issue.20240814_100616.jpgScreenshot (279).png

There is a program called MemTweakIt by Asus. I think it's quite old and the latest version I could find was 2.3.18.0 - it provides just about everything you would ever want to know about RAM timings. I have never tried it to change settings, but it will certainly tell you your current settings.

Z690 Hero, 12900K, BIOS 3701, MEI 2407.6.1.0, ME Firmware 16.1.32.2473, 7000X Case, RM1000x PSU, ASUS TUF OC 3090TI, 2 x 16GB Corsair RAM @ 5200MHz, Windows 11 Pro 23H2, Corsair H150i Elite AIO, 4x Corsair RGB fans, 3x M.2 NVME drives, 2x SATA SSDs, 2x SATA HDs.

Thanks for that , but im really trying to understand why the BIOS on this motherboard is showing the wrong XMP values. I should also have a choice of a few XMP profiles within the BIOS , but i am only offered 1. As you can see in the screenshot above the BIOS XMP subtimings show 824-447-364 , where any other software i have used shows 827-449-365.

I have problems getting this ram stable at an XMP speed of 5600mhz(probably due to the bios reading the wrong timings) , which should be easily achievable on this board. Posted here hoping ASUS staff frequent the forums, but i guess i will have to go along contacting support directly.
