i will use this as a collection of test bioses/tools/info targeted towards Raptorlake + z69/790
NOTE for Z690: You must update ME on your Z690 to properly support raptorlake (if you are on dual bioses then you need to do this to both bioses)
1) d/l and install ME driver
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/03CHIPSET/DRV_MEI_Intel_Cons_ADL_TP_W11_64_V2229320_20220809B....
2) update ME with ME Update Tool (I know there are newer versions but its not up on Asus official site yet so >= this version is fine)
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/03CHIPSET/MEUpdateTool_16.1.25.1885_T.zip
3) update to Latest BIOS of your choice
Note 2 for Z690: i have some Z690s that are already LOW in battery so you are advised to use a new Battery during this upgrade.

Intentional and band-aid downclocking of cores at light loads doesn't sound optimal right? I'd rather not gimp my CPU just because Intel forgot how to engineer.
Staying on 2503 until we have more data

I’m also staying on 2504 until I see something more stable.
I was hoping that 2703 would solve the issue when my CPU goes into sleep mode (red LED on the board). Now to wait…

guys, really, what's going on with xmp profile? yes i have not standard two kits settings. but question is. why the every single time i change a bios i need reset settings back and forth till it will works. why the same settings in the same bios works all time different way? i had stable 0703, 0816 and 2503 on 790 hero with my memory. today i remember this thing i need to change many time back and forth the settings for it works, but had a black screen without a chance to get back till clear cmos to default on back plate on 2703. now i back to 2503 and again it won't works at exactly same settings i had days without any problems. actually weeks or even months, i don't sure. and now in the same bios with the same settings i have that mess? where the logic of this? even at so low voltages at asus oc profile i set -0.15 and had in 2703 bios 1.18v at 13900k. and stable in windows and minutes(i never torture the cpu more) with aida test. but xmp1 move it first in unstable, second after reset to auto and back to xmp1 to black screen forever mode. o.k. probably 2703 can not handle this profile of memory, but i don't sure, i can be sure in nothing that way... how i can get back working xmp. i swear i last time in my life use two kits, if 2026 generation will even have 4 slots:), may be if 2026 intel generation will create 4 channel for gaming pc lol. anyways. it is wat it is. every single time and back to 0816 not an exclude. for xmp start works i have to make billion restarts reset changing and changing back settings. how that even possible? how?! can you in future make the situation more predictable and close to binary logic - works/no works? i feel my self like alice in the wonderful land, where everything unpredictable.

stabilized finally. after blue screens, after unstable tests, at the same settings... is that xmp in any ways when 2 kits set different timings first time? may be even voltages somewhere first time? then it can be fixed only by reset and set it again? it's crazy...

lazy dudes like me must live somewhere with pc community around, for fast sell stuff lol... this two memory kits awesome. i probably only one person on planet with working 2 kits at xmp 64000. i mean the separated kits, i know exist official 4 sticks kits for idiots like me:) i feel 2703 much better for cpu, but i think i will not make any experiments with that bios, would be cool to have 0816 or 2503 twin version just with updated microcode. or it will do same things? i mean new microcode can change not only cpu voltages/frequencies?

i have one question... people who reed my abracadabra and get what i meant there, probably can answer this. as i wrote above for make my two kits works i need certain bioses versions and many reset/restart untill bios will set stable timings. so even if i know the certain bios will good with xmp in my two kits situation, i need there couple of resets to auto and get back to xmp1. but what if i will make screenshots of all tabs in memtwikit soft, and after update bios where the kits won't works even after many of resets, i just open memtwicit screenshots and copy all of them in windows, and after restart will have same timings as i have stable now, by this way will i have same stable memory? for now i use 2503, but would be nice to update for 2703... voltage looks pretty same for mc in both those bioses. or there much more parameters that can make memory unstable?

@einherz I would set things manually via BIOS instead of Mem Tweak It using the Manual configuration where no memory timing that you can find here from Mem Tweak It is left to Auto. Then you can give it a try how things work.
In case you get stuck in any kind of boot loop, you can always use CLEAR CMOS to clear your manual settings and return to defaults that are part of the BIOS.
I have not used this software so I am not sure if these changes are saved to BIOS or they are loaded on Windows startup by this software. It is best to load the working settings in BIOS and avoid any OS / Windows dependency.
