i will use this as a collection of test bioses/tools/info targeted towards Raptorlake + z69/790
NOTE for Z690: You must update ME on your Z690 to properly support raptorlake (if you are on dual bioses then you need to do this to both bioses)
1) d/l and install ME driver
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/03CHIPSET/DRV_MEI_Intel_Cons_ADL_TP_W11_64_V2229320_20220809B....
2) update ME with ME Update Tool (I know there are newer versions but its not up on Asus official site yet so >= this version is fine)
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/03CHIPSET/MEUpdateTool_16.1.25.1885_T.zip
3) update to Latest BIOS of your choice
Note 2 for Z690: i have some Z690s that are already LOW in battery so you are advised to use a new Battery during this upgrade.

If an older UEFI/Bios is installed, the microcode will also be reset to an older version because the code is stored in the UEFI/Bios.

i thought so about microcode still newest, because i found in bios settings choice between microcodes in some settings... may be any update create there library of microcodes, and then we can choice from all of them or from two last of them... when i found those settings there was two of them as i remember 125 or something else and 127 or 128

New BIOS 2703 was roll out, image itself is different, but change log is exactly the the same.
If anyone upgrades, could you please check if they resolved High Performance profile issue?
Now I see the previous BIOS 2602 included lots of unencrypted data types, maybe added for debugging, but definitely it was not production quality. I wonder if they fixed Windows Power Profiles in 2703.

Well i just went to 1703 version. And its still the same as you say but when i watch the clocks with 50 milliseconds of hardware refresh rate from rivatuner while in game the all cores manage to stay at desired value when an actual gaming scenerio is happening but for example when we go back to the menu or something deviations start for example e cores went 44 from 45 etc..

Also for information, it's not stated in the changelog, but these new BIOSes are built around the Intel ME firmware v16.1.32.2473.

For my mainboard, there is "only" the 2602 BETA on the German website. But if I go to the German support page for the mainboard, the final 2703 is already there.
But without any information about the new ME firmware.
But @MoKiChU has already pointed out that the current finals also contain the current ME firmware.
So the long BETA phase is over. It would be great if Asus at least updated the changelogs, since currently only the content of the last BETA is listed.
Edit:
The Final 2703 can now also be found on my German website. 😊

aha, now i see. there no saving microcodes. mobo just have old database with 104 105 10e and current. so only way to update with 12b is update bios. but 2703 won't take xmp in my system... i hope undervolt will do the same job with 129 as it did with all other. so far it's good. highest vcore in hwinfo64 was 1.25 may be this even true.

My conclusion:
Final UEFI/Bios 2703 runs stable (no OC) with XMP.
Just like the updates before it. Everything is fine.

Figured I'd add this here as well, but Apex Encore bios 1703 downclocks my 14900ks at idle/light/medium loads. Looks like it's the same as the recent observations made on the beta 1602.
Under actual load everything is fine.
