Question Re Updating BIOS

Hello guys,

I own an ASUS Hero Z790 board, and I'm wondering whether to update to latest BIOS (2801). I havn't updated for quite some time ( I think I'm eight versions behind). 

The PC does appear to be working just fine.

Any advice would be appreciated.

My advice - if it works fine - just stick with your. 

I updated to 2801 on my Z790-E and it seems very good and decent BIOS. Previously I was on 2503 which was very good too.

If your voltage spikes are below 1.5v then you should be fine even with old BIOS.

Best to update if needing to ask. The TVB behaviour changes are not easily observed. It's not just down to the core voltage exceeding 1.55v.
