Problème Marvell AQtion 10Gbits sur Z690Maximus EXTREME

Bonjour a tous 😉
J'ai acheter une carte mère ASSUS ROG MAXIMUS EXTREME Z690.
Sur cette carte je n'arrive pas a faire marcher le port MARVELL AQtion 10Gbit. Il ne voit pas mon câble réseau.
LE WIFI 6 AX211 fonctionne bien La prise RJ45 INTEL de 2,5Gbit fonctionne bien sur le port SFP+ de la box SFR


- La carte mère a été changer par une carte mère modèle identique et le problème est aussi présent sur la nouvelle carte.
- Windows 11 Pro 64Bits a été complètement réinstaller avec formatage du disque.
- Le câble réseau a été changer par un neuf de catégorie 8 et fonctionne bien sur l’autre port RJ45 INTEL de 2,5Gbit
- Les techniciens SFR son passer à mon domicile
o Test du débit derrière le module SFP+ de la box tout est OK.
o Test en fin de câble RJ45 OK.
A ce jour le problème est identique à l’ancienne carte mère de même modèle.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire pour faire fonctionner ce satané port 10 Gbit.

There is another thread about Marvell 10Gb LAN. Not quite the same problem, but take a look.

It might help. The best general advice there seemed to be:

1. Use Marvell Ethernet connection Driver V3.0.19.0 from our support site to see if the slowing down and disconnecting issue still occurs.
2. Disable "Recv Segment Coalescing (IPv4) and (IPv6 if needed)" in LAN adapter properties
3. If there are options like Energy-Efficient Ethernet, Power Saving Mode in device manager > network adapters(Marvell) > properties > advanced, please disable them to see if the issue persists.

I can't help you directly, sorry, I don't have 10Gb LAN myself, but just making you aware of that thread if you haven't seen it yet. Bon chance!

Sorry if you have already explained this but some of your acronyms I may not understand. What do you have the cable, from the 10 Gbps port plugged into? I am not that familiar with fiber installs. I did read about the SFR and the additional box to bring it to 8 Gbps but I do not know if that would be compatible with the one on the ASUS board.

I am wondering because my router has 2, 10 Gbps LAN ports but possibly, you are not using a router?

Mon câble réseau est relier d'un coté au port RJ45 de la carte mère et de l'autre coté a l'adaptateur SFP+ directement a l'arrière de la Box SFR.

J'ai fait les manipulation suivante:

Device sleep on disconnect > Disabled
Energy-Efficient Ethernet > Disabled
Recv Segment Coalescing (IPV4)> Disabled
Recv Segment Coalescing (IPV6)> Disabled

Rien y fait mon câble réseau n'est pas détecté.

Par contre si je passe l'option speed & Duplex de 10Gbps Full Duplex > AutoNegotiation
Je m'aperçoit que le statut passe a "identification reseau" pendant 1 seconde puis repasse au statut câble non connecter.

Understood 😞 Did you also try the V3.0.19.0 drivers? Some people have said that helped. I don't know if will help in your case though.

One other suggestion, after installing those drivers, turn off the Ethernet in BIOS, reboot and then try turning it on again. That has helped some people with Thunderbolt problems, but again, I don't know if that might help with your ethernet problems. It's only an idea, so perhaps not.

Problème non résolu ;(

J'ai remis le pilote V3.0.19
J'ai désactivé le thunderbolt et le réseau dans le bios.
J'ai redémarrer puis vérifier et la carte réseau était bien absente.
Puis j'ai redémarrer en activant uniquement le réseau dans le bios.
Problème non résolu, la carte réapparais et continu de passer de "identification" a "non connecter".

Sorry, but I don't have any more ideas. Perhaps Asus support might be able to help you? 😞

Have you noticed that LAN drivers have just been updated on the support pages - see image.

These are supposed to "Mitigate Ethernet Contoller Issues"

Don't know if they will help, but I thought I'd let you know... AsusSetup.exe is a silent install and my drivers updated without problems.

That update is for the intel 2.5gb controller. OP is having an issue with the 10GB marvell controller.
