It's my new mainboard and I directly updated to BIOS 3002 because of that Intel "thing".
Looks like Windows 11 won't enter S3 sleep state, it will be always S4.
powercfg /a tells me that S3 is available - and only S3.
I disabled hibernate and so on, nothing worked. Will test a downgrade - but what will happen with that Intel "thing"?
What BIOS version works with RTC and S3?
