This is how my screen looks every time I power on or restart my pc (though I'm currently resetting it as I'm planning on giving this PC to a friend). Normally, it would be a black backdrop with the ASUS logo there as is.
After getting past this screen, I have zero visual issues in the Windows environment. This leads me to believe that the issue is on the board itself, but I've also done very little in the way of adjusting BIOS settings before beyond very rudimentary things.
If anyone has any ideas as to what could be causing this, any input would be greatly appreciated!
