I have not counted the REINSTALLATIONS from 0 with formatting from BIOS of C:/... and the thing still does not TURN OFF THE POLYMOLIGHTING when I turn off the PC, having deactivated from the application that I do not want it to remain on, even having from the BIOS that ARMOURy CREATE turns off all the LEDs and RGB and ARGB, my ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO motherboard

Thank you Miguel_V for confirming that it is not a BIOS issue but an Armoury Crate issue. There is a special group of Armory Crate team here that helps out in these situations.

Hopefully moderators here will bring this thread to their attention and they can release an update to fix the problem by reproducing your issue. They will most likely need the logs from your system and that team will be best to provide you the instructions on how to gather the logs they need for them to investigate and fix this issue.

Good luck with your journey to find a fix soon. Since I will not be able to help further here, you may not hear further more from me unless another topic gets mixed here where I could add further help.

More information than what I have stated about my PROBLEM with the useless ARMORY CREATOR V5.9.9.0 APPLICATION with the following is THE LATEST, BIOS Screenshots of what I believe is sufficient, even the VERSION of Windows 11 PRO installed from the date (I have DELETED two data, as is obvious)

Hi @Miguel_V Keep an eye out for MB plugin v1.2.22 over the next few days, this aims to resolve this behaviour.

I hope the update will be automatically notified. For now, every time I have to turn off my PC, I have to set the "shutdown effects" option to Off, since it is not saved.

For me, TODAY Monday 10/14/24, when I opened ARMOURY CREATE and saw that there was a pending update, I installed it, "AND PRAYED that it would be the solution" I configured it to turn off POLIMO LIGHTING, turning off the PC turned off POLIMO, started it again and checked that it KEPT the shutdown, I turned the PC off and on several times, and verified that this error had disappeared.

For now, for MY part and what concerns me, the FAILURE has been solved, we will see how long it lasts.

Thank you very much to Asus for solving the problem so quickly. hero z690 the new update works perfectly

I have removed the VIDEO on Youtube from my channel, considering that it is no longer necessary to give more explanations of what was happening to me on my motherboard, ROG MAXIMUS Z790 and the POLIMO LIGHTING of said motherboard, and it has been resolved with the latest update.

I confirm, problem solved with the automatic update of a plugin inside Armoury Create.
