PC do not boot after a failed bios update

Hello everyone,

this is my pc:
- prime z790p wifi
- Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 32GB
- I5-13600KF

This is the story: I build my pc, everything works fine and I enter in the bios correctly. I put my usb with the last bios update, I regret that moment, and the process to install starts correctly. After a while, pc shut down. I think it will reboot it by its self but it's not. I wait a long time, guess 15-20 minutes, but it's not doing anything. I decide to start it and boom "asus bios recovery mode has been detected".
I put the file with the .cap extension in the root of my usb and restart the system, but I don't see anything on the screen and the pc seems to do anything.
I shut down everything again, and following some guide online, I unplug the power cable and remove the cmos battery for 3-5 minutes. Nothing.
Again, but this time, touch che header pins. Nothing again.

Now, when I start my pc, nothing appears on the monitor, the led on start button flash fast for 7-10 seconds and then still flash but slower.
Every components seems to start correctly but nothing appears on the screen.
It's not the first time I see this issue but it's the first time those actions do not works.
What I can do?

Similar to mine. You may try uninstalling unnecessary parts to boot.

I guess I have not "unnecessary" part.
For testing purpose, I can remove the gpu, but If something happen I cannot see it (the cpu is a KF), or maybe the ram / ssd.
What should I expect to happen? How can this be related to the problem?

I did but no changes. Thanks for your reply and try.
Pc seems have no bios installed (and it's not have a windows installation), no logo appears, no post on screen.

Only feedback I had are the led flashing

Hi sfbrz,

"I put the file with the .cap extension in the root of my usb and restart the system, but I don't see anything on the screen and the pc seems to do anything."

Remove all necessary parts mean try to boot with only rour CPU, GPU, and only one ram stick in slot A. (You can of course keep both your keyboard and mouse plugged). Unplug all Hdd, ssd, etc... don't keep any other usb device except your mouse/keyboard

The procedure is to do it in this order:

Download latest bios and rename it to PZ790PW.cap, then copy it to the root folder of your usb stick.

Power on your system, then insert your usb stick in one USB port
