Hello everyone, computer was brand new. Working perfectly. Decided to finish out my upgrade with a bump from 2x16 to 2x32. System would not post, RAM light stayed on.
-Tried each slot individually with 16gb stick.
-Flashed 3 times
-Shorted the RTC pins a few times.
Specs:
13900KS, Z790 ProArt Creator, 4090, 1000W, 2 TB NVME
Original ram that came with system: DDR5-6000 CL30-38-38-96 1.35v (FS-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR)
Upgrade: DDR5-6400 CL32-39-39-102 1.4v (FS-6400J3239G32X2-TZ5RK)
Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

I went through a company this time around. First time ever having an issue with RAM though. I’ll triple check the QVL. It’s possible I mistyped here.

It shipped with the wrong memory then.

Perhaps, but I had no issues until I swapped those sticks. Mind boggling.

You may have just gotten away with it before. Just a matter of time.

Yeah.... That's not it.
Ram not being on the QVL and it not working rarely happens. Not working at XMP settings? Sure. But even ram on the QVL doesn't always work at XMP, XMP is still overclocking. You can't expect motherboard manufacturers to test every single ram kit out there and every revision of those kits.
Your ram should still work at base, JEDEC settings. The fact that your previous one did and is not now, tells me something happened during your install.
Before saying it's likely damage. It sounds like you have tried to clear your CMOS with no success. Pull the CMOS battery and wait like 10 minutes.

According to ASUS and the manual there is no battery. Just these RTC pins at the bottom of the board to be shorted with a screwdriver. That didn’t work either.

Well dang. The manual does state it has a CMOS battery, but looking at the diagram in the same manual it looks like it doesn't. You are powering off the system/unplugging it (or turning the power supply off) when resetting it yeah?

Yes.
