New to Asus

Hello,
new to Asus. Been a very long time EVGA member. Starting a new build and the main component is Asus Z690E. Decided to try something new after 15 years in EVGA.

Just a quick list of items for this build..
Asus Z690E
Seasonic 1000W
EVGA 3080 12gb
GSkill 2x 16gb + 32gb total ram
i7 12700K
NZXT Kraken Z73 AIO cooler
2X 2tb SSD
Thermaltake P8 case

Just wanted to know...
1: for a first time builder with Asus. what overclocking software and monitoring software do you guys use? I didn't see anything in the software section of the forums.
2: once the rig is built. In what order do you recommend I do first? I am thinking set all voltages in bios first then update chipset and mobo drivers? I want to make sure I install and adjust in the correct order.
3: any helpful hints would be most appreciated.
