Hey y'all
I just built a new PC and I'm having some issues. On normal startups, I get Q-Codes 12 to 28 to 0d with the yellow DRAM light on. I've tried just about every solution online by reseating the RAM, CPU, CPU cooler, GPU, M.2., etc. Some solutions get me through to BIOS and even to Windows 11 installation but when it restarts during installation, it ends back up at the same error. I've not fiddled with any BIOS settings at the moment just loading factory default hoping it'd work to no avail. If anyone has a solution, please let me know. All specs are below.
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Dark Hero
CPU: Intel Core i9-14900KF
Graphics Card: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB Twin Edge OC
Power Supply: Seasonic VERTEX GX-1000, 1000W 80+ Gold
M.2 SSD: Team Group MP33 M.2 2280 2TB
Memory: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series AMD EXPO 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5
CPU Cooler: MSI MAG CoreLiquid E360
Case: NZXT H9 Flow

Hi!
Probably in vain such memory was purchased by G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series AMD EXPO 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5.
You must choose from the QVL list. https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-maximus/rog-maximus-z790-dark-hero/helpdesk_qvl_memory/
