So I just built a new system around a TUF Gaming Z790 MB....and I was thrilled to get it to post (the last board was an RMA), but now when I try to boot to the Windows installer flash drive, I just get the "TUF Gaming" splash screen, and a forever spinning circle. The flash drive is fine, because it boots on other systems. I know I am missing something simple here, but any help would be appreciated.
