I see new BIOS Version 1825 dated 2025/10/28 has jut been posted for my  TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI board. Asus say:

1. Improved system performance, stability, and device compatibility.
2. Implemented security updates.
3. Updated Management Engine (ME) to version 16.1.35.2557.

Has anyone tried this BIOS update and do you have any observations or issues?

I since installed the update which works OK. I limit the CPU temperature to 85C which still gives a Cinenech score over 30000. I changed these BIOS settings from the defaults.

New Preferred BIOS 1825 Settings – use F3 for My Favourites:
Max CPU temperature 85 C
Long term power limit 253 W (Intel Performance spec)
Short term power limit 253 W (Intel Performance spec)
Asus Multicore Environment Disabled enforce all limits (Auto gave higher VCore)
SVID behaviour Typical
IA CEP Disabled
CPU Core / Cache Max Current 307A (default)
IA VR Voltage Limit 1400 mV
Global Core SVID CPU Voltage Offset -0.075 V (adaptive)
Intel Dynamic Tuning Enable
Intel GNA Enable
XMP memory XMP1
Aura LED Off
Fast Boot Disabled
OS Type Windows UEFI Mode
Post Delay Time 4s
Armoury Crate Disabled

I tried the new BIOS 1825 for the Asus TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WiFi motherboard and was disappointed. It is the most unstable BIOS I can remember, with completely default settings. Asus Disabled enforce all limits fails the LinX stability test with an error on the first elapsed. I ran it on different BIOS settings such as -offset, default enforce all limits, even with a reinstallation of BIOS 1825, the first game Uncharted 4, and it always crashed with an error in the first act, right at the start, when passing through the window in the orphanage, moving from the room to the outside. But that's not the worst part. When I went into the BIOS to change what seemed like minor settings for stability, such as removing the offset and setting the default, saving the BIOS changes, Windows 11 (updated with all possible updates), I couldn't initialize the system login and got errors repeating over and over again, saying “error collecting data 100%, restart required.” And as if by some miracle, I logged into the system again, went into the BIOS to change the settings because the system felt unstable as programs were getting systematic errors, changed something for the better, saved it, and again fell into a loop of Windows 11 recovery failures with incomprehensible errors. The BIOS also froze completely, and I had to perform a hard restart. With this mess, it's as if the description says “Improved system performance, stability, and device compatibility,” but I got raw, unfinished code that I thought would break my computer. And with this despair, that even Windows 11 didn't want to start up after about 50 attempts, I simply copied a backup of BIOS 1820 to a flash drive in advance, but I was still afraid because the BIOS periodically just froze completely, and perhaps something would go completely wrong during reinstallation. But everything worked out fine. 1820 updated perfectly, and immediately after the first setup, I returned to Windows 11 with automatic recovery in 15 seconds and ran stability tests again. And lo and behold, BIOS 1820 passed them all without errors with an offset of -0.03, which was stable for me on i5-14600K. Also, the game no longer gave any errors, and I felt titanic stability with BIOS 1820, so I will stay on it. It is better not to update BIOS 1825. I repeat, this is the first time I have seen games crash with errors, and I was afraid to go into the BIOS settings because I thought that if I changed anything, Windows would no longer start. So I recommend avoiding bios 1825 for Asus TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI. Stay with the time-tested stable 1820 for your own safety.

I had similar issues with 1825.  I updated and defaulted values and getting all kinds of memory errors.  Win 11 crashing, games crashing.  Not aggressive on timings or anything.  I think this one needs to bake some more.  I restored 1820 and everything is great again.
