Notes : "The update introduces the Intel Baseline Profile option, allowing users to revert to Intel factory default settings for basic functionality, lower power limits, and improving stability in certain games.

I already been managing everything manually
MCE Disabled
SVID BEHAVIOR: typical scenario/Trained
ICCMAX 307A
PL1 125W
PL2 253W
and still not very stable, but with this new feature, I think it's stable now 🙂 still under test tho..
but my point is don't be "DO NOT USE THIS PROFILE..." hold on..
everyone been suffering with their cpus 12/13/14gen ...
IMHO, for rookies, Just F5 after updating to this bios firmware, then just turn on this feature on and XMP then F10 and test stability...

when i said "do not use" i meant do not use it for the fun of it. like unless you are actually having stability issues then you should not use it as it shoves voltage down the cpu.
its a last resort for stability. if people aren't having issues then do not use it.
if you have to use intel baseline profile then you should RMA your cpu.

What I don't understand is that apparently it is the motherboard manufacturer who does not respect the specifications according to Intel. But the question I ask myself if the problem comes from the motherboard manufacturer why INTEL accepts RMA?
I just
(1) disabling MCE in BIOS
(2) run mode “Intel Fail save”
I will still request an RMA

Do not RMA yet if you did not tried this solutions...
Disable MCE
PL1 253W
PL2 253W
ICCMAX 307A
SVID: Intel Fail Save / if still crashing try >> Trained or Typical scenario
the problem is that mobos set power unlimited for CPU that's why it's crashing/instability. that's it

no, if you are not stable at defaults or just disabling MCE then RMA the cpu. absolutely wrong.

But... I have 3 PCs
13900k
13900k
14900k
all of them are not stable, do you think RMA is the solution? short answer: nope

I just tried these values and will do a test....

PL1 : 125W
PL2: 253W
Or PL1 AND PL2 253W? because you put two different things on your posts xD

For PL1 as intel datasheet it's 125 , but with extreme config you can set to 253W with no problem, so you decide which one, both works fine
Just set both 253W
On my information, extreme config means, depends on your cpu cooler and other hardware

No problem it's 253 watts both small question the fact of restricting the processor how much performance do we lose?
