but my point is don't be "DO NOT USE THIS PROFILE..." hold on.. 

 

everyone been suffering with their cpus 12/13/14gen ...

 

 

IMHO, for rookies, Just F5 after updating to this bios firmware, then just turn on this feature on and XMP then F10 and test stability...

when i said "do not use" i meant do not use it for the fun of it. like unless you are actually having stability issues then you should not use it as it shoves voltage down the cpu.  

its a last resort for stability. if people aren't having issues then do not use it.

if you have to use intel baseline profile then you should RMA your cpu.

What I don't understand is that apparently it is the motherboard manufacturer who does not respect the specifications according to Intel. But the question I ask myself if the problem comes from the motherboard manufacturer why INTEL accepts RMA?

(1) disabling MCE in BIOS

(2) run mode “Intel Fail save”

I will still request an RMA

the problem is that mobos set power unlimited for CPU that's why it's crashing/instability. that's it

For PL1 as intel datasheet it's 125 , but with extreme config you can set to 253W with no problem, so you decide which one, both works fine
