Hello there o/ !

I've bought a TOG Strix B760-I and 2*16 Kingston Fury.
Unboxing everyhting, I plugged the DDR in each slots and power up the computer.
Fan goes on, RAM start RGB cycle, thtat's fine and then...

The Qled checks:
CPU
RAM ... and stayed here... nothing on screen...

I shutdown everything unplugged the DIMM B
Turn on computer: FAN, RGB
Same thing... Qled ram stayed fix, nothing on screen...

I shutdown everything unplugged DIMM A and plugged RAM in DIMM B
Turn on computer: FAN, RGB etc.
CPU
RAM ...(wating seconds)
VGA

I dig around in BIOS, nothing about DIMM A configuration.
I switch off computer
plugged RAM in DIMM A
Turn on computer: FAN, RGB etc.
CPU
RAM
VGA
Everything was detected!

So my question is: Could the factory configuration make DIMM A Off until you start at least one time your computer??
For the moment everything goes well, but I don't want to leave hardware issue I can fix with the post purchase period!!

Thanks 🖖🏻

Hello,

Most memory detection errors are due to improper mounting.

If the issue reoccurs, remount the CPU and cooler whilst checking for any bent pins or socket damage.
If it doesn't, happy days.
