I woulden't worry about TVB 2 core, AI OC, or memory OC,.. plenty of time for that later.
Set-up a solid default settings profile using your Load Lines, VF curve first.
With those Core VIDs,.. you can dial in a stable daily driver system profile,.. with nice temps. 👍
Something new for you to play with,.. read Roberto's Guide: https://www.overclock.net/threads/asus-maximus-z790-extreme-and-intel-i9-13900k-a-tuning-guide-for-b...
Scroll down through guide, start at,.. So let's start tuning the beast !
Do this using just the loadlines.
Set the folowing:

Ended up with AC .35. PC crashed at .2 with blue screen. CB R23 froze at .25. WHEA errors at .3. Then tested TVB and passed no issue. Thanks Braeg. I had forgotten about tuning the lines first. That was it probably. I suspect that needs to be done with every new bios?

I updated the bios to 9903 and used LLC 6 and found I could not get the thing to crash at all. Decreased AC LL to .05 and still no crash so I just left it there for now.

When you match your Core VID with Vcore you have a decent profile.
Your screenshot # 1 looks good,.. Core VID, Vcore + - 2mv,.. CPU Package Power 287W at 100.0%.
Nicely done sir. 👍

Thanks. I guess I can apply an OC now. What do you recommend? I tried TVB 2 profile briefly and the Vcore stayed quite low with the LLC profile.
9903 seems much more stable than 9902. No more crashes so far.
Thanks for your help!!

Want to try 67-67-65-64-64-62-62-62. It's going to take some adjusting, lot's of testing,..
You will want to save your default settings profile, restart into BIOS and set default settings, start over with E-Cores disabled, and do OCTVB P-Core overclock.
Follow this guide, replace 69 with 67,.. see what shakes out. 👍

Ah, I think I'll pass on that one. I think I saw that in the last couple of days. I think there was a specific cooler involved. Don't remember. I have a few profiles I am thinking of. Not sure what to do yet. Thanks. 🙂

I am curious on your thoughts on something. I have been reading over at HWLuxx, and Veii suggests not touching DC_LL (I think he calls it telemetry faking), and actually increasing AC_LL over stock and then tuning VF Curve to undervolt. I believe the theory behind this, is that when cutting AC_LL you are also removing signal integrity from the IMC.
Mind you tuning VFCurve is not the easiest thing in the world. OCTool helps a ton, just can be quite time consuming.

Veii is correct cutting AC_LL also removes integrity from the IMC, adjusting AC_LL works well for low voltage, low temp, default settings profile.
And if your overclocking memory, running high frequency you might be better off using other methods, like Veii's guide for tuning VFCurve. It does take a lot of time tuning, adjusting for both methods.
My daily profile has a fairly low AC_LL of 0.18,.. and I have no issues running 8200 XMP1, or 8400CL36,.. so I guess it depends on your IMC quality, if your going to have issues with your memory running low AC_LL profile.

That makes perfect sense. Thank you for explaining it in the way you did 🙂
