Looks like i am a victim of BIOS problems and i need to downgrade if possible.
I can flash the chip directly without the asus software if neeed.
Can someone drop me a dump of original bios ?or maybe link to where i can download and try several versions ?

Hi @tonycstech your board's BIOS and its previous versions can be found on the support page of your board at https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-maximus/rog-maximus-z690-hero-model/helpdesk_bios/

Make sure you click SHOW ALL to see all the previously released versions.
