My Apex built in 11-21 doesn't like 1403 update

With 1304 I was able to run my Samsung DDR5-6000 CL36-36-36-76 1.30V with XMP2. The only change I made was increasing the VDD and VDDQ from 1.3v to 1.35v. I couldn't get 1403 to run XMP1 or XMP2 even at 1.4v. So I'm back with 1304.

1403 would fail OCCT Linpack test very soon after launching.

I changed System Agent Voltage down to .95v and now it is stable. OCCT Linpack test seems like a good test for stability on my Apex.

That's good you managed to get it stable but I'm having issues myself as well but not on an Apex rather an Extreme what was once stable now isn't. Been trying everything and it's really annoying but it looks like I'm going to have to go back to 1304.

**Update**
Seems like I had to take the SA voltage to .9 for me to stabilize from .95 on 1304 and keep everything the same.. Looks like it's the same issue we both have.

I had to go back to 1304 with further testing 1403 was still unstable.
