My mobo is a Asus ROG STRIX Z690-F and it has 1 of each
USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C Front Panel connector
USB 3.2 Gen 1 header

If I get the Corsair 5000T how do I hook up the front USB ports to the mobo? The case has 1 of each.
USB 3.0
USB 3.1 Type-C

The 5000T is a good case and you won't have any connections issues. Your motherboard has two main connectors which are a U32G1_89 (you connect your USB3.0 universal connector from the front panel to it) and a U32G2X2 (you connect your USB 3.1 Type C front panel cable to it).

You then also have your HD Audio cable, power, reset and power LED cables that will also need to be connected to the motherboard. It's all standard so you won't have any problems. The attached image shows the 5000T case cables that will need to be connected.
