Do I have a bios problem?
Bios Version 2703 On https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-maximus/rog-maximus-z790-apex-model/helpdesk_bios/
But i see 2602 in https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/intel-700-600-series/intel-sept-2024-update-on-instability-reports-on-...
Or should I try 2602?

What do you see if you go inside PCI Express Configuration menu (last item in your screenshot)?
TIP: Once in BIOS, you can connect a USB Drive and press F12 which will take a screenshot on this USB Drive in BMP file format. Then in Windows 11 (and 10 as well), you can double click to open this file and save as JPEG to post on this forum. In Windows 11, the native app is called Photos. In Windows 10, it will be called Paint. This will make your BIOS images very sharp when posting them here as well as easier to attach.
