Memory Recommendation for Z790-E

Hello, Im building a new pc. And I bought z790-e. Now next is Memory. Im thinking to buy; TeamGroup Delta RGB (2X16GB) 7600MHz Dual Channel (FF3D532G7600HC36DDC01) will be problem ? Can i run memory at 7600mhz ?
or should i buy TeamGroup Delta RGB (2X16GB) 7200MHz Dual Channel (FF3D532G7200HC34ADC01) Both ram are listed in QVL.

Sorry about that, 7800 kit not in MZ790E QVL.

I have no experience with Team Group.

Gskill 7600 may cost more, yet it's more likely hassle-free and you have Mr. Hopper with his Z790 Extreme board and 7600 kit to help you out.

Grab the Team Group 7600 kit if you want to save some money, decision is yours. 🙂

7200 will likely work without any changes but not guaranteed.

I can control rgb light on my GSkill kit but not individually through crate. It will be part of the other aura products listed in crate.Â*

I see. But if it wont stable at 7200mhz, can i use 6800mhz with xmp profile right ? Although I used 6800mhz at first, maybe it will become stable later on

7200 did not cause any issues for me. Used XMP tweaked. Worked fine. No adjustments were needed. But as we already discussed, every CPU motherboard and Memory kit is different. So it is not going to be the same for everyone in an OC state.
