So I had updated the ME FW to …2124 before updating to bios 0904 as recommended but now FW …2020 is posted again on 4/18 with the latest 4/17. Is anyone monitoring this? So confusing.

I was also confused with 04/18 being 2020, and 04/17 being 2124,.. it does not make sense. I checked around and rumor was you can not roll back Intel ME,.. so I installed Version 2020,.. my system is fine 100% solid with 0904 and 16.1.25.2020. I figured if I had issues I could update to 2124 if needed,.. but no need.

I don't have a Hero MB. I don't have access to that drive. Sorry Fire. But I always get my drivers off the website anyway.

I Don't have a "Hero" either. I got sent the wrong manual with the motherboard.  So there was no extra Asus software on that USB drive that comes with them Motherboard?

I have the Maximus Z790 Extreme like you do.

Oh, yes. I see. I misread your note. I don't know if I can upload the drivers but I will look into that when I get off work.

Yea, I just reviewed the whole thread. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I was at work and distracted. Where would I be able to upload the contents of the drive for you? I don’t have a particular site that I do that with currently but would be happy to try to get it done for you no problem.

Thank you bro. Dealing with Asus Customer support is becoming a pill these days.  Google Drive would probably be appropriate to upload to , it's free.

Well, I just dug out that drive from the extreme box. Bad news. Is that not typical?

okay, maybe the drive was for doing flash updates . kinda odd to include a drive of that size for just holding the bios though
