I have an EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 G+ PSU. It has VGA, SATA, PERIF Sockets. The CPU And MB Sockets are already occupied from the PSU into the MB with no problem.
I am running an ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 OG OC GPU. I have 4 VGA sockets from the PSU running to the 12VHPWR Adapter on the GPU.
From other posts I am getting that the PD_12V_PWR Connection is to beef up the power to the PCI Slots on the MB and to provide the wattage required to enable "quick" charge on the USB Slots. My question (and confusion) is which power socket on the PSU should I be running to the PD_12V_PWR connection? The posts say "PCIE". That is not an option on my PSU. What would the "PCIE" equivalent be on my PSU?
I really don't want to cross my wires or overload anything.
Hopefully my question is clear and that someone will have an answer.
TIA for any assistance, guidance, or suggestions.

Welcome to the ROG forums!
This is what the manual has to say about the PD_12V_PWR connector:
Basically, you'll want to plug in a 6-pin PCIe connector to this spot.
I don't personally have the EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 G+ PSU, but from what I can see with a quick online search, you should have 4 cables that provide 6 pin PCIe connectors, but also 5 cables that provide both 6+2 pin and 6 pin power, right?
So, to answer your questions:
Hopefully this helps! If I'm misunderstanding anything, please let me know!

I appreciate your quick answer and will confirm that you are correct.
I also received the same answer from a moderator on the EVGA Forum as follows:

Do I want to run an 8-PIN VGA cable to the 6-PIN PD-12V_PWR and just "unsnap" the two end wires and use that to the 6-PIN on the PD_12V_PWR? »
Yes.
