This new build PC (not my first, but I’m by no means an expert) has nearly been thrown out the window a couple of times now.
It refuses to post, exhibiting error B0 or 79 and thereafter showing in the small motherboard window “TEST NVRAM”
The Q-LEDs on the mobo are really hard to read on the board due to the metal cover mostly covering them, but as best I can tell the VGA (WHITE) remains illuminated.**
I’ve checked all conection on the motherboard and as far as I can tell they are all OK.
I’ve tried with both my 3090 GPU and with the onboard graphics, to no avail.*
I have*Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB (2X16GB) DDR5 PC5-44800C36 5600MHZ Dual Channel Kit and have tried both single and dual cards.
I tried resetting the CMOS, still the same result.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Should add the 3090 is from my present PC and has been working OK.*
