Keyboard issues Z790-A

Hello, all. I very recently put together a new build using the "Rog Strix Z790-A Gaming Wifi LGA 1700" board and have had an issue since day 1 with it almost never powering up my keyboard on start-up. Generally, once I do a quick restart, it'll come right on and be fine. Occasionally it will take an additional restart.

This occurs with two different keyboards (All Razer, using Synapse), on different usb ports. Admittedly I haven't kept track of which specific ports. Never happens with my Razer mice.

My ARGB settings through Armoury Crate for the whole board/build do not change to their set parameters either until booting into Windows. I'm not sure if that's something potentially related? Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Sounds like it could be an issue with Synapse, do you have the latest version installed?

Have you checked for firmware updates for your keyboards?

Have you tried with the bios at default settings?

That is normal operation for Armoury Crate.

I was thinking it could be a keyboard specific or Synapse issue, but I don't have the issue with my Razer/Synapse mouse whereas I DO have the issue with two different keyboards. And that issue doesn't exist on my other pc with either keyboard.

All drivers are up to date. I'll try default BIOS. I usually don't do too much poking around in there.
