I have an Asus Z690 TUF Gaming Wifi D4 board. In bios there is the section called AI Tweaker. I have searched everywhere but I cant find any instructions on how to use it. For example OC optimizing in Bios. There are numerous videos and websites that show Extreme Tweaker but it is not the same.
Any help would be appreciated

I'm thinking that you mean AI Overclock right? If your BIOS is like mine, you will instructions in the BIOS itself. At the simplest level, just enable it and reboot. It's very simple and doing nothing else boosted my clocks by about 200MHz if I remember right. I had no temperature or stability problems and the temperatures were fine for me too. The power consumption went up a little, so it just depends on what you need. I've turned AI Overclock back off because my PC runs just great anyway.
With it turned on, you can then make manual adjustments to various settings if you want (maybe that's the AI Tweaker section - again I'm going by memory) but I had complete stability like I said, so I found no need to make any adjustments. Just see how it works for you. You can always turn it off and go back to BIOS defaults if you need to.
Actually, I think that when I turned AI Overclock back off, XMP was turned off as well, so you probably want to turn that back on again.

Hi JohnAb, thanks for responding. There is a section in AI Tweaker called AI Overclock but that appears to be just a very mild OC. My previous PC was an Alienware by Dell and in that Bios I could just click on an OC multiplier and it would adjust all of the power settings according to the one I selected. I even tried Intel XTU but there is something that needs to be turned on that I cant seem to find and it wont save the OC settings.
