I9-14900K Overheating after BIOS update ! HELP please

Hi everyone. I just did yesterday an update of BIOS which was really outdated (from April i think, probably the 1301) to the last one one 1703 (microcode 0x12B) for the ROG MAXIMUS Z790 FORMULA, and since then it seems like my I9-14900K is unstable. I of course went to do a Cinebench test after the BIOS update and it's always going up to 100 degrees.
I tried to launch Flight Simulator 2020, which i play really often, same it can go up to 90 degrees or more WTF ? Never happened before that, well i admit i never did cinebench test before, but always when playing MSFS, i would never increase the 75degrees MAX, and was pretty stable.
I tried everything, undervolt, ofc Multicore Ehancement DISABLED but that's now by default in the new BIOS. All is set to 253W Max, i mean i've pretty did already hundreds of test with the BIOS, following YT tutorial but nothing is helping. I even tried to come back to my old BIOS when all was working fine and putting the same settings as I remembered but same same. Idle the CPU run about 50degres wich is OK, but still rn im a bit afraid to play cuz straight i start it's overheating and temp Unstable.

Please does anyone have a solution for me? Should I already change that I9-14900K freshly bought and install since May 2024 ?
Thank you already for the one that will have patience to read and answer

Hi @tisba92

The more recent BIOS and microcode when used at Intel Default result in a higher voltage under certain load conditions. This is because previously the motherboard vendors would typically undervolt the CPU with reduced ACLL.

Adjust the SVID Behaviour to Typical and retest.

Okay, i will try thank you. I already try to undervolt before, or with SVID Behaviour Best Case Scenario, ofc it worked but really low score on Cinebench, gonna try this one then maybe. Should i keep the Intel settings using this option or Asus profile ?

You need to disable CEP, or else MT performance will be affected

For now, i brought to the store and they installed a CPU Bending Correct Frame and now here is the results.
First with defaults BIOS settings have 84degrees max
Second is with Intel in Performance Mode + 400A and 253W Power Limit, 81 Max
is it normal temp ?
