Hello,
I have been having stability issues, I updated to Bios 1402 when it came out, didn't fix the problem. 1503 didn't fix the problem and the most recent BIOS, 1703 with Intel microcode 0x12b made it worse. Originally the computer would run flawlessly but then show QCode 77 and Qcode 42 after a few days and refuse to wake from sleep. With most recent update (1703) it now shuts off after several hours.
CPU has been removed and reseated, same with memory and GPU. All electrical connectors were unplugged, replaced and reinstalled as well. All BIOS settings are at default.
The PC has the following specs:
MoBO - Z790-E Gaming WiFi II - Bios 1703
CPU - Intel i7 14700K
GPU - MSI RTX 3060ti 8GB
RAM - Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR 5 2x 24gb 7600MT/s 1.40V
NOTE: The timing the box says 36-46-46-96 but in Speccy shows (unknown) 40-40-40-76
PSU - Corsair RM850e
STORAGE - Crucial CT2000 2TB gen 5 m.2 SSD
Any advice would be appreciated, no idea what else to do.

I have the Z790-F Gaming WiFi with a 14700K. Submit a warranty request to Intel for your processor. Just got mine this past week. It took a total of about four weeks. You can do cross shipping by putting the cost of the processor on a credit card plus a $25 fee. They refund the processor and tax back, but keep the fee for the convenience of rush shipping both ways. Just swapped mine out and everything seems okay now.
