I can't put XMP profiles on asus rog maximus hero z970

Hi, I bought all the components a couple of days ago.
I have an i9-13900K
x2 32GB G.SKILL F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5RK CL30-40-40-96 6000MHZ

When I enter the profiles, the ram does not detect me giving the code 55 and it does not turn on, having to reset cmos, I have updated the bios to the latest model, and it did not work, I do not know if the motherboard was wrong or if these models they are not compatible, since they only work in default mode at 4000MHZ.

I have been able to see here that the model that it shows is 34, does that 34 refer to the cl? And if so, would this mean that my memories are incompatible?  https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-maximus/rog-maximus-z790-hero-model/helpdesk_qvl_memory/

Hi there, im in the same boat, after upgrading from 12700k to 13900k, started on a Z690, moving on to Z790 Hero.
As it turns out, the RAM appears to work fine at the QVL listed 34-40-40-96 (XMP Profile 1, manually set the CL to 34)
On the GSkill listed 30-40-40-96 it boots for me, but is unstable.

Stable is fine, but I prefer my RAM to run at the advertised speed.
I ordered the 6400 CL32 instead, QVL matches the specification, so hoping that will work as advertised 🙂

6400 was fine. In the meantime I’m on msi z790 ace due to Thunderbolt DisplayPort inputs.
