Hello,
I am upgrading my PC from 32 to 64GB DDR 5 5600Mhz. When I was checking out how to do this I read about XMP.
Currently my XMP is not enabled in my BIOS and I would like to enable it, is it as simple as enabling XMP in the BIOS, save and exit and done? If so, should I enable XMP I or II? Suggestions appreciated!
thank you!

Add on, I see my Memory supports XMP 3.0, I do not see that option in my BIOS.

Hello,
XMP 3.0 is the revision branded by Intel. It isn’t to be confused with XMP I and XMP II profiles in the UEFI. Rest assured the board, CPU and memory kit are XMP 3.0 compatible.
XMP I - Board optimised timings. This is the profile validated by Asus and the memory vendor.
XMP II - Default XMP timings
Often, XMP II timings will be slightly looser depending on the memory kit. If you check within the UEFI or memtweakit, you'll see a difference in memory subsets.
If wanting to upgrade to 64GB it is recommended to purchase a single kit. ASUS and the memory vendor do not recommend or support combining or mixing memory kits.
