Help: OC Z790 ... new to Z790 from Z390

Hi All, I am new to Z790 world. Coming comfortable OC in Maximus XI Z390. Managing OC All Core 50X with low voltage. I recently move up to 13900K Z790 Hero. All these BIOS setting are unfamiliar to me. I end up using AI Overclock. It is stable. However, the voltage seems high. DO i have throttle issue? No. Any one can offer some help to optimize Z790 Hero?

Board: Asus Z790 Hero (ThermalRight Contact Frame/Conductonaut)
CPU: 13900K
Memory: G.Skill 7200
AIO: Corsair H170i with Push and Pull Fan

IA: 1.459
SA: 1.28
Idle Temp: 38C.

Temps and voltages seem fine, with package below 80c. You can try setting VID Behaviour to Best case scenario and retest stability.

Its already on Best Case Scenario. I was able to manage to get lower voltge by reset AI score. Recalibrate the cooler training. Using MAX AIO Pump speed, Max on all AIO Fan. Then Stress Test for over 15 Min. The recalculate score based on the stress test is 173. IA Voltage is now at: 1.42.

any idea how to optimize? Beside the suggestion from Scone@ROG. When Cinebench R23 start. In HWMonitor, I can see CPU P and E core frequency drop back down to 5500/4300 within few sec. Any idea if AI optimize with some setting can let already optimize P Core frequency retain at P: 61/60/60/58/58/57/57/57 E: 4600

LL = Level 4
I tried Packet Power Time Window to 192. Didn't really help with retain optimize frequency.

Over the holiday break. I tried to play around with setting. I was able to get it stable with All P Core 57 and E core 45. Temp is around 85-88 Aida Stress Test. If i Push E Core to 46, temp is around 92-95 with Aida reporting Throttling. P Core 58 is not stable. and high temp into close to 100.
I know everyone says 90-100 is ok for 13900K. I am just uncomforable.

Also AI overclock seems to be able to keep 61/60/60/58/58/57/57/57/57 in light load. Not sure if i get any benefit with P Core All 57. Most of time, work load i need is light. Browse internet, youtube. I could benefit with AI with high freq, light work load.

In most cases AI OC rules this gen are tight and one won't be able to stray too far from the predictions table without excessive voltage. My 13700K will boost to 57x all core in light / gaming workloads at around 1.28-1.3v. My P Core SP is 105.
