I have just build the PC and after installing my windows and hard drive and all the stuff I tried to get the display on my GTX 1080 Ti

I am unable to get the display however I have my old pc where my GPU is fine so what is the solution please give me ASAP. So that I can swap my motherboard where my GPU is supported or maybe and BIOS update where it will be resolved please reply me ASAP for this issue.

Are there any debug codes/lights on your motherboard? Is there enough power for all the components in the new build? Have you tried to flash the latest bios version? Does your CPU have integrated graphics, if so have you used the integrated output to enter the bios and check the settings?

The GPU and the motherboard are compatible. So that isn't the issue. Sounds like you are running into a POST error somewhere and there should be a debug light or Q code on the motherboard that can help you figure out what is wrong.
