Hello,
I have an ASUS Z390E Gaming motherboard inside of a Corsair 4000D Airflow case. The front panel USB ports are connected to the U31G2_C5 header which claims to be USB 3.1 Gen 2 in the manual. However, when I connected my Meta Quest to that port, it mentioned that the port was 2.0. I used USBTreeView, and it seems that port (21) is a companion port with ports 1-5 and 22. I have a USB switch connected to the rear panel for my peripherals which is apparently dragging that port down to high speed instead of super speed. I can’t seem to find a location for both my USB switch and the Meta Quest which would allow the latter to operate at full super speed. Has anyone ever encountered this issue? If so, what was a successful solution? TIA.

Follow-up: plugging it into the front USB-C connector says it is in port 5 doing High Speed, but companion ports 21 and 22 are doing SuperSpeed. I’m not too sure which ports are 21 and 22.
