Fresh Build - Not Posting?

Finished assembling my build which is:
- 12900K
- Asus Rog Strix Z690-F
- iGPU/GFX (Connected via HDMI)
- T Force Delta RGB DDR5-6200 (2x16GB)
- Corsair HX1000 (Multi rail enabled)
- 980 Pro NVMe 4.0 (2TB)

Switched it on and it did not post. It has no display or bios display. Every time powering on it will restart once then will stay turned on after that. Q-LED light will change colours and then stay illuminated at boot. Keyboard light is on aswell.

I have already reseated the cpu, change to a different brand ram, switch from iGPU to graphics card. Still getting the same problem.
Anyone know what is wrong and how to fix? Been doing my head in for hours.*

I am not trying to troll. what slots did you populate with the ram? if you look at the instructions it specifically will tell you use slots A2 and B2... A2 is the second slot to the right of the CPU socket, b2 is the 4th slot. Once I did this my Rog STrix z690A posted with no issue and was able to enable xmp2 and it has been rock solid since. Might be something that simple you're overlooking.
