Extremely slow boot on asus rog strix z690-F

My rog strix z690-F takes FOREVER to boot and I’m lost in what to do now, I’ve tried turning off MHC full check (didn’t do anything, actually it made it slower but without the ”press del to enter bios” which makes I kinda hard to access the bios sometimes.
MRC fast boot is on but still after a clear cmos. It STILL TAKES 40 SEC TO BOOT!!
I up past 1 am last night trying to figure it out but It wouldn’t work and anything I tried just made it worse
40 sec to boot nope that’s too much especially considering the hardware I put in that machine then this shouldn’t happen.
I also have a issue with my gpu not being able to use PCIe 4 it is stuck at gen 3, I read that could be an issue with the m.2 drive taking the bandwidth or something, idk but it seem weird, and the ssd is also slow than advertised.
Please help me any help and suggestions is SO SO much appreciated : )

POST and boot times are not the same. Options such as MCH Full Check and fast-boot will bypass certain POST stress tests but won’t help with speeding up OS hand-off or Windows load times.

Perhaps take a video? Try removing all USB devices, etc.

Disable XMP if enabled.

Hey thx for replying

how do I add a video in here I’m new to it so I’m not sure how? I have a video of the boot I don’t know if it can help anything.

Wait I found out how to add a video My pc POST and boot time

Can you take the side panel off so we can see the Q-LED reader?

Here one up close of it startinghttps://youtu.be/tmWNJ1DptDk

Your boot time is very similar to mine, in fact your PC seems to load Windows a little faster. It's nothing to worry about, just the way it is on some boards. The POST process will be independent of the speed your hardware. I've just got used to it, doesn't worry me at all.

I have the ROG Strix Z690-F Gaming Wifi and your start up in the video looked normal.

You can check task manager on the startup apps tab to see the Last BIOS time.

Well, I've never noticed that before 👍
