Hi, sorry to be dumb, would these driver packages enable a z790 Maximum Extreme to encode system sounds and games as DTS (or DD) and send over SPDIF?
My older ASUS motherboard seemed to have that feature and I am sad it isn't on this board!! 🙂

Hi,
No (nowadays no motherboard delivers anything other than Stereo PCM via SPDIF/Optical, so no Dolby/DTS), and since I only offer OEM original drivers, WHQL signed by Microsoft (modding is not my field), these will not bring you anything more than the audio driver packages available on your motherboard support page.
Hi,
This has been fixed, please redownload your drivers package.
