TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you experience crackling, popping, audio stutter
Disable hibernation (Fast Startup included).

Hi,
I have tried your method but unfortunately it doesn't work.
I've been very rigorous with the steps, uninstalled/installed everything you've mentioned to the letter. I've also tried doing it all over again just to make sure I didn't miss anything the first time.
No Realtek software (Audio Console or Control) was installed automatically so I've installed it from the store. The app won't open, telling me it cannot connect to RPC service. Similarly, Sonic Studio III won't open ("The current system is not supported, or the audio driver has not been properly installed. - TIMEOUT")
I'm on an ROG Maximus Z790 Hero. What should I do to make this all work? Thanks.

Edit: maybe it's useful information for your future updates but I've finally got it to work by performing your uninstall steps then downloading and installing this package from the Asus Support site for my motherboard: DRV_Audio_RTK_USB_CNT_DTSP_TP_W11_64_V6396002342_20221013R.zip - now Realtek Audio Console, Sonic Studio III and DTS all work, the sounds is great and I have no pops, screeches or any other artifacts.

Edit 2: Just discovered that Sonic Studio III still fails to open occasionally and displays the same error message as before. Any ideas?

You need Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek USB Audio (Intel 5xx/6xx/7xx & AMD 5xx/6xx/TRX40).

- Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process
- Use this SS3 Cleaner tool (Right click on "A-Volute_SS3_Cleanup.exe" > Run as administrator) then restart your PC
- Follow scrupulously your INSTALL process

For the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.
