Install/Update Process :

- Press Windows key + X > Device Manager > Right-click on your Intel Ethernet device > Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software
- Browse... > Select the extracted drivers folder (ETHERNET_Intel_v...) > Next

Install/Update Process :

- Press Windows key + X > Device Manager > Right-click on your Intel Bluetooth device > Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software
- Browse... > Select the extracted drivers folder (BT_Intel_v...) > Check the Include subfolders option > Next

OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit or more recent.
Hardware requirements : Intel Ethernet/WiFi/Bluetooth controller.

TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

Windows 10 : 1.1.4.38 is perfect work with 2.5Gbps internet.(Rog strix i225v3)

In the previous version, the speed was cut in half in the 2.5 Gbps Internet environment, and to recover it, rebooting the computer returned to normal.

However, Windows 10: 1.1.4.38 version always works perfectly at full speed in a 2.5G Internet environment.

When V1.1.4.38 was first time uploaded on the Asus website, had Ndis.Sys BSOD randomly.

I reverted way back to V1.1.3.28 as I was not happy with 1.1.3.34 as well. Did not notice a speed drop for my i226v with .34 as downloads werre pretty much the same, but for some reason in some games there were stutters just after updating Lan drivers only.

Read on a different thread that they re-uploaded the drivers on the Asus support site, but might be just the installer files as many ppl reported errors... I'm updating the Lan drivers from the device manager anyways.
