DDR5-5200 runs at 4000

I have this HW:

  • Intel i5-13400
  • ASUS TUF GAMING B760M-PLUS WIFI
  • Corsair VENGEANCE® 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 DRAM 5200MT/s CL40 Memory Kit
    (Corsair SKU: "CMK32GX5M2B5200C40W")

The memory sticks are recognized as 4000MB/s, but they should be at least 4800MB/s (they are advertised as 5200MB/s).

BIOS is updated to the latest (version 1604 from 28/12/2023).
memtest86 shows that the sticks are valid.

I installed the two memory sticks exactly as recommended by the motherboard manual:
On DIMM_A2 and DIMM_B2.

My XMP is set to Auto (the options that I have are "XMP I" or "XMP II").
I'd rather to avoid changing the XMP because I understand that it could prevent POST so I wouldn't know how to revert the change (probably BIOS won't be available).

Do you know what is the issue or how could I solve it?

My issue is similar to the following thread:

I can't edit my first post.
Just wanted to say that I think that the memory isn't on the QVL.
But is it really so meaningful?
I remember that RAM should work regardless of whether it appears on QVL.
