Dark hero z790 and Corsair aio, sensor not working?

I have the dark hero, last bios update. I've tried connecting the cable to cpu fan, with no results. Do you know why? It does work with other motherboards. Thanks.

Are you able to provide more context? Are you connecting the AIO fans to the CPU header? If so, what do you mean by no results?

Sorry about my poor explanation.

What I mean is, the motherboard does not detect the AIO, it shows all fans as N/A. I have connected my aio to another motherboard, displaying the speed of the fan, and allowing me to adjust it.

Are you checking within the UEFI or Armoury Crate?

In the UEFI, does the CPU fan header not detect fan speed? 

Can you provide the model/part number of the AIO?
